In October last year, renowned bookmaker William Hill sued FanDuel for stealing their instructions. Read more about this interesting incident here. On January 14, it became known that the parties had reached an agreement and FanDuel would pay compensation. However, the amount was not disclosed.
As promised, William Hill will send money for scholarships for Creative Writing students. It also became known that part of the money will go to help programs for the treatment of gambling addiction.
